There is a bus stop at the entrance to the neighborhood (buses come every 30 minutes, are free, and go everywhere in town - 8 min to the lab). The studio has a private entrance, is fully furnished, includes all utilities, high speed internet, and a kitchenette complete with an oven, range, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Stackable laundry unit is newly added. As shown in the pictures, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser and 2 nightstands, an office with two desks, and a living room with a large sectional and flat screen HD TV. The private entrance has a new concrete walkway and steps not shown in the pictures. A full-size Murphy bed can convert the office into a 2nd bedroom if needed. This studio is ideal for a single person or small family. We will consider a dog that is house trained as there is a backyard. The security deposit is refundable with 2 weeks notice.
