The cottage has a private yard with a private entrance. Ample free street parking on a quiet street. Tenet requirements: 600 credit score or higher, clean background check with no prior evictions, ability to demonstrate monthly income of 2.5x rent or proof of funds. No pets and no smoking. *Text or call is preferred if interested* No pets or smoking permitted. 6 month lease minimum. $1400 monthly rent due on the 1st. Will prorate partial months. $700 security deposit and $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. All utilities are included (water, sewer, electricity, gas, wifi, garbage). Ample free street parking. Guests are allowed for up to 5 days.
