Property
I had emailed the person in charge of the property AND i made an appointment for 6pm. We arrived 5 minutes early and i sent a text letting him know we were at the property. We go to the actual property and knock, no answer. We wait until 6:10pm and finally call, he answers and tells us to go knocking on the neighbors door and they will let us in after knocking on two different neighbors we were finally able to get a key and self tour the house. Well the flooring had just been put in but the place was in no way move in ready, lots of things that still needed to be done (light fixtures missing, loose cords from the ceiling, oven didn't have a handle etc.) it also wasn't even touring ready. We were disappointed because the location was perfect for us.
Management
It was very unprofessional. We made an appointment and there was no one there. We call the property manager and he told us to go knocking on any of the neighbors' door and that they'd let us in since they were "helping" him give the tours.
