All utilities included in rent. The apartment is situated at the front of a modern, landscaped home, half way between the historic French Quarter and beautiful Bayou Saint John. The space is all one level in a raised house, so the front door is five steps up from street level. Free street parking is easily available right in front of the house. The block contains single and double family homes and also a church across the street. (NOTE: No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the apartment, including vaping) The apartment is a medium and short-term rental and exact rental rate depends on length and time of stay. Availability is as follows: January 2 through February 3; March 11 - 26; March 6 through May 16; and beginning May 25 for as long as 4 months. It is not available for a year-long lease at this time.
