The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entirety of the reservation. There are security cameras onsite for safety, and guests are asked to keep gates shut due to the unsupervised water feature. A $50 replacement fee applies for any keys not returned to the lockbox. Sauna use is subject to specific rules, including a $500 fee for violations such as leaving it on or using prohibited items.
