At the same time it offers modern mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area as well as pool, hot tub and gym access. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 2 decks, as well as inside the main living area. High end fixtures, finishes and furnishings have been updated throughout the home.
The main level features a spectacularly updated kitchen, boasting new, high-end stainless appliances, including a gas range, mountain-style wood cabinetry and gorgeous granite counters. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for staying in and cooking a meal. There is a dining table off the kitchen, perfect for a family or group, as well as counter seating at the beautiful butcher block bar.
The open living area provides ample comfortable seating on a sofa, 2 large leather chairs and more. Sit back, relax and warm up by the fantastic stone, toasty gas fireplace and take in the stunning slope views and/or watch a movie or show on the flat screen TV. The main level also features vaulted ceilings and access to the deck with nice views of the surrounding area. It is a great place to relax with cocktail after a great day on the mountain and watch skiers, snowboarders or even some of nature's neighbors who call the mountain home.
The upper level has two bedrooms, both with incredible views, deck access, fantastic furniture including plenty of storage and two magnificently updated full bathrooms. The master suite has a queen sized bed, its own deck, flat screen tv and a walk in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has has two twin beds (can be converted to king upon request) and a flat screen tv. The second full bathroom is off the hallway and has a tub/shower combo. There is also a very nice work nook with a desk and chair and mountain views. Combined with the high speed Xfinity broadband, Townhouse 7 is a great option for your remote working or schooling needs.
The lower level has two bedrooms and another superbly updated full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted to king upon request). There is a full size washer and dryer on the lower level, as well as secure, indoor ski and snowboard storage for your equipment. The lower level deck is slope side. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!
During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails and other activities at the base of the mtn.
