This is the process for viewing our properties: 1) Pre-screening about the unit by messenger or email 2) Schedule a in person tour with the property manager 3) Fill out an application 4) If application is accepted, then the applicant will provide a credit check 5) If credit check and references are acceptable than we will proceed to the lease 6) Finalizing by signing lease, providing security deposit, first months rent, and handing out keys Property is non smoking and pets will be case by case basis. Minimum of 1 year lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including water, sewer, garbage, electricity and gas. Rent per month will be a $2,300.00 if rent is payed through Zelle or any form of direct deposit, if paying by check there will be a $25 fee per deposit.
