The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there's a breakfast nook and a dining area for shared meals. Enjoy a small patio with outdoor seating for two. The master bedroom downstairs includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while upstairs, Bedroom 2 offers a bunk bed with a twin over full and a trundle bed, and Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed. Both upstairs bedrooms share a full-size bathroom. There is a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day for 10 people, which includes wristbands for access to amenities. The resort will provide a maximum of 10 wristbands at guest services. Regal Palms Resort Orlando provides a quiet retreat off the beaten path, offering a home away from home feel with a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, it is just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer. Feel secure with 24-hour security as you enter the gated community, which also features a private double driveway fitting two cars. Self check-in and check-out are available, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and the property is sprayed for bugs and mosquitoes. No smoking, drugs, or parties are allowed on the property, and a maximum of 8 guests can be accommodated. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
