     Property

    Illegal and dangerous construction happening on the front entrance, the heavy awning was being held up by 2 thin wooden boards, I had to walk through rubble and on thin ply wood to see the property. Inside there was a gaping hole in the wall leading directly to outside with no insulation, meant for a built in AC unit but there wasn't one. The apartment was under the legal temperature because of this and they would not be providing an AC or sealing it in for the future tenant.
