It's a 1 bed, 1 bath with a city view, right across from Whole Foods. Lease takeover starts early November, flexible on exact move-in. Lease ends April 1 with option to renew. I've loved living here and would be so happy to pass it on to someone who will enjoy it.
Perks: in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, pool, gym, 24/7 concierge, and an amazing rooftop with great views. Unit is on a high floor with a beautiful city view.
My rent is locked in below current market rates, so it's a solid deal.
