Enjoy access to a seasonally heated community pool and a mini golf course. A pack and play, kids' plastic dishes, cups, silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates are available. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee. It is also approximately 30 minutes from Destin's HarborWalk Village and 30A. The home is in a prime spot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. No smoking is allowed in the home or screened-in porch. Events and parties are not permitted. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. The golf cart is included for your stay, and all drivers must be 25 years or older, with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate it.
