This is a one bedroom apartment, one of 3 apartments in a bungalow style home built in 1910 (the single family home was triplexed in the 1930s). It's located in a historic neighborhood adjacent to downtown Lexington, near the National Avenue entertainment area, and close to the University of Kentucky campus. Within a short distance, there are numerous restaurants, micro breweries, exercise/yoga facilities, and a nearby Kroger grocery store, as well as everything that downtown Lexington has to offer! NOTE: The photos reflect a washer, dryer and portable dishwasher, however they are NOT included with this rental (for visual purposes only). Thank you for your interest in my one bedroom apartment on Delmar Avenue in Lexington's Bell Court Neighborhood! The rent is $925 per month, with a $925 deposit. You will be responsible for your own electric and internet service, however the water bill is split amongst 3 similar apartments, and will be an additional $50.00 per month added to your monthly rent. *Each apartment has a meter and usage will be monitored and negotiated every 12 months. This is apartment requires a 12 month lease initially, and then reverts to month to month. In addition, here is my rental criteria: (1) Verifiable monthly income of three times the monthly rent (2) A credit score of 650 or higher verified by an approved credit agency and report (3) Good prior rental history from verifiable references (4) A clean criminal background. Also consider that this is a non-smoking property, and no dogs are allowed (cats are accepted with a $300 non-refundable deposit, and an added $25 per month pet fee).
