Close to major highways, this home is perfect for those seeking convenience and comfort. Feel the comforts of home while on vacation in this clean and beautiful space. The living area features a comfortable couch, a 55-inch TV, and a desk with a chair for a working space. The kitchen, though not fully equipped to the quality like your home, includes a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and kettle, along with basic kitchenware to make simple meals. The cozy dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site. For parties greater than 8 people, an additional twin air mattress is available upon request. Please note that extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. This home is ideally located close to major highways, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. You are just minutes away from the Mall of Georgia, Lake Lanier, and Gas South Arena, offering plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night's stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity of the house is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless given prior authorization, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for small pets under 25 lbs, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. The property is equipped with cameras outside for security purposes. Please keep the property clean inside and outside, and do not park any car on the street after 9 pm. The maximum number of cars allowed on the premises is 4 standard-size cars, with no overnight parking on the street. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and following community guidelines. The house receives regular pest control treatment, but insects and pests may still be present due to the Georgia climate. The home offers a desk and chair for a convenient working space, allowing you to maintain productivity during your stay.
