Tenant to use their own accounts for streaming. - 48" desk with office chair - Full/double bed (with a mattress protector) Nightstand with built-in USB, lamp. Includes three sets of sheets, 2 duvet covers, a lightweight but warm comforter (no feathers) and a summer blanket. Tall 5-foot wide closet with sliding doors, hanging space (with hangers) and mesh drawers. About 5.5 miles to UCLA. Our weather is some of the best in the L.A. area! Nearby restaurants, bakeries, a public library and a city park. 15-20 minute walk to downtown Culver City where you can enjoy their many restaurants and a movie theater, or hop on the Metro Expo (E line) to go to Santa Monica and the beach, or head east to a short ride to The California Science Center, USC, Staples Center or Downtown L.A. The guesthouse is also walking distance to the historic Helms Bakery District, which has terrific restaurants and shops. Very close to the Interstate-10 (Santa Monica freeway) where you can easily connect to the 405 freeway. Not far away is Venice Beach, Marina del Rey, Hollywood, The Grove & Farmers Market and many other exciting neighborhoods. If you are in the medical profession, we are very close to many of the largest medical centers in West L.A: Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Medical Center is 0.9 miles away Culver Medical Plaza, Culver City is 1.6 miles away Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is 2.70 miles away UCLA Medical Center, Westwood is 5.6 miles away St. John's Medical Center, Santa Monica is 6.1 miles away Keck Medicine USC is 6.7 miles away We have an abundance of nearby grocery stores: Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Smart & Final, Whole Foods, Vons, Pavillions, and Erewhon. Nearby Century City has a Gelson's and a Ralph's. We also have a small convenience store and a liquor store a couple blocks away. Not far are three shopping centers where there is a Starbucks, CVS, Ross, Target, 24 Hour Fitness Gym with a pool, Pollo Loco, Chinese restaurant, and more .Plus, closeby is the luxurious Westfield Century City mall with Macy's, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom's, and many more popular retailers, great restaurants, movie theaters and an Apple store!
