The property has a zero-tolerance policy for parties, with a $500 fine for exceeding the confirmed guest count. Exterior cameras are installed to verify entry. Guests staying 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee. Please ensure all doors are locked when not in use and avoid leaving valuables in vehicles parked on the street. No glitter or confetti is allowed. Primary guest must be 21 years or older and photo ID must match credit card information.
