    The first thing you need to know is that all utilities are paid! You pay one amount monthly. The Landlord pays heat, electric, water, trash, recycling, wifi and landscape maintenance including snow removal. This is a deal! Life is simple at this quiet and centrally-located home. The lower level of The Miller Street Home is well insulated to reduce noise transference & improve temperature control. It is a short 3 block walk to a park, lake, trails and a wildlife area. The same walk goes to restaurants, coffee shop and a deli. It is a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Denver and the mountains, Bronco stadium and Red Rocks concerts. This home is totally non-smoking, not even on the grounds, so please take a walk to smoke. Both bedrooms are sized for queen size beds with generous closets and room for a desk with chair in each room. The eat-in kitchenette is large, well appointed with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, built in microwave, cooktop and convection oven. Wifi is strong. The full bathroom includes a nice tub and lots of storage. All landscaping care and snow removal are provided by the landlord. Trash, recycling and all utility charges are paid by the landlord. The property is pet friendly. We would like a 12 month lease, but we are open to a 6 or 9 month lease. Travels and nomadic workers are welcome. No application fee. Background check and references are all handled by the Landlord. Application is available by email. All utilities are paid by the Landlord including heat, electric, water, trash and wifi. We would like a 12 month lease. All landscaping care and snow removal are paid for by the Landlord. Off street parking is provided at no cost. A total of two pets are acceptable with deposits. This is a totally no smoking property, so not even on the yard or exterior is smoking allowed.
