There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is roughly 1480 square feet of living space in this unit. Living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, and basement in a quiet WB neighborhood. Mandatory credit and background check, no previous evictions, good references. Require 3 times the monthly rent in income. Credit Score of 550 or higher is required. If credit is between 550 & less than 650, will require a higher deposit and co-signer. Co-signer must have a credit score of 700+. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. (There is a one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $150 and a pet fee of an extra $25/month). Each applicant 18 years of age or older must complete a separate rental application. Our application processing fee is $47 per application. This fee must be paid online. This fee is non-refundable. If there is more than one applicant, your application scores will be blended to arrive at a decision. Please provide us with copies of your last 2 paycheck stubs. If you are unemployed or self-employed, please provide a copy of last year's income tax return and your last 3 months bank statement. Other income such as retirement, SIIS, child support, etc. must have reliable documentation if you wish us to consider it. We require an income of at least 3 times the monthly rent plus utilities. Photo identification is required. All of our properties are non-smoking properties. No smoking is permitted inside any of our rental homes. You will be required to pay a security deposit at the time of lease signing. The security deposit will serve as a reservation fee until you move in and convert to your security deposit when you take possession. We evaluate criminal history. If any information provided on your application proves to be false or misleading, your application will be denied and your application fee(s) forfeited.
Renter is responsible for all utilities: gas, electric, water, and sewer. Owner maintains the yard.
