Nestled in a trendy community surrounded by lush greenery, our spacious brand new construction home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty.
Our 1500sqft home features a stylish downstairs living space, multiple workspaces, a kitchen island that accommodates 4 people, a dining room that accommodates 6 people, and a half bathroom downstairs. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts its own bathroom, while two additional bedrooms share a bathroom with a private toilet stall.
One of the guest bedrooms is furnished with a full-size bed and a nesting twin bed, complemented by 2 large desks, making it ideal for digital nomads in search of a dedicated workspace with fast internet speeds (300mbps). The living area also offers two more built-in desks, providing a total of 4 dedicated workspaces to accommodate working professionals.
The fully equipped kitchen includes ample cabinetry and a convenient walk-in pantry offer storage solutions. You will also find a brand new washer by the kitchen area.
Just off the dining room on the main level, you'll find a private backyard oasis perfect for gatherings, where you can relax surrounded by nature and spot blue jays, cardinals, bunnies, groundhogs, deer, and other wildlife.
At the front of the house, access the picnic area, fire pit, and community garden where you can pick fresh herbs and veggies for your meals.
Upscale amenities in our home include a 65-inch TV with an immersive surround sound system, keyless entry, Alexa Hub, along with other smart home devices that you can set up with your own account for added privacy and peace of mind.
Our home offers the best of both worlds city conveniences and serene surroundings, fully equipped for digital nomads. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from West Asheville's vibrant dining and entertainment scene, and a 20-minute walk to the artistic haven of the River Arts District. Downtown Asheville and access to great grocery stores and markets are also just a 5-minute car ride away.

Please note that this is a monthly rental with the option of long term-rental.
Keeping this in mind, we offer a limited supply of consumables at the beginning of your stay but encourage you to replenish them after the first week. If you choose to utilize cleaning services during your stay, they can assist in restocking these items for you for a fee.
The items we provide in limited quantity include:

- Body Wash (1oz)
- Hand soap (1oz)
- Dish detergent (1oz)
- Dishwasher pods (3 pods)
- Laundry pods (3 pods)

Parking:
Two uncovered parking spaces are available in front of the house. Please refrain from using any other parking spaces, as they are designated for other units. If you need additional parking, you can find street parking along the main road.
Tenant has a utilities stipend ($250/mo) that includes electricity, water, gas, trash removal, and internet. A one time fee of $400 is also applicable for cleaning. Non-refundable $100/pet and $50/mo pet rent is applicable.
