Lease terms of 6-15 months available, with a monthly premium applied to leases between 6-11 months. All applicants 19 years and older must submit an application + application fee of $50/ea., which applies to the credit and criminal background screening. A holding deposit of $200 is required upon application, and is refundable up to 72 hours after submission of the application. After 72 hours, the holding deposit becomes non-refundable.
