The apartment is located 1 block south of the Fulton theater and its a 1 minute walk to the press room, 5 minutes to tell us, exchange, and Annie ballies. No car needed when you live this close to the best Lancaster city has to offer! However there is off street parking available for 50 a month. Water , sewer , trash, hot water is all included. Tenant would be responsible for cooking gas, electric and electric baseboard heat. Applicant requirements are no smoking, no pets except one cat okay with a $300 non refundable pet fee and $30.00 per month additional rent. minimum Income is gross 3x the amount of rent ( $2,500) per month, Strong landlord reference, and prior rental history required. Absolutely NO evictions, or evictions filed in the last 5 years.
