Rental application needs to be filled out for every person of 18 years old and older. Application fee is $25.00. I am running credit report and back ground check for every applicant. To move in you will need first month rent, last month rent, and one month of rent for security deposit. I do not allow any dogs nor cats on a property. You can call me or send a message.
