Inside, you'll find a full kitchen equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, a high-end oven/range, a microwave, a dishwasher, a blender, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, cookware, glassware, pots and pans, and a granite countertop. The house also includes a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, a DVD/BluRay player with smart apps, Netflix, and HBOGO, a 55' LED Smart TV, and a kitchenette in the lower level. The house is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
The property offers two paid parking spaces in the back of the house for $20 per night or $250 per month plus DC stay tax. A pet fee is $250 per pet per month or $20 per pet per night. Please note that bed linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are not provided for stays over 30 nights.
The Woodley Park neighborhood is one of the most sought-after locations for its upscale houses, beautiful streets, and convenience. You do not need a car to get around here since the metro and the bus are about a half a block away, less than a 5-minute walk. You can walk to DuPont Circle, Downtown, the White House, and the Mall. The Zoo is, of course, a block away. There are plenty of restaurants around the corner where you can taste some of the best foods DC has to offer, including The Hot and Juicy, a shrimp and crawfish restaurant, the Lebanese Taverna, Le Pettit Plat, Pizze, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, an Indian cuisine, an Afghan Kabab restaurant, and a Chipotle. There is also a convenient grocery store, Manhattan Market, as well as a CVS pharmacy within a block from here.
There are no parties, events, pets, or smoking allowed inside the house. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. Only toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet to avoid clogs. The hardwood flooring is original and very expensive to repair, so no sharp heels or stilettos are allowed. Renters must be 25 years or older for insurance purposes. A lockbox code will be provided 2 days before your arrival, along with a welcome letter to familiarize yourself with the home, the neighborhood, and DC.
