This particular unit had a bad rattling sound coming from the air conditioner in basement. Definitely needed maintenance. Also, opened the kitchen cabinet door, and under the sink was a horrible smell. It was a strong odor. The refrigerator had the same awful odor of a rotten smell. The boards on the deck were loose, and in need of upkeep, and stain. Very little living space in main area.
