This home is less than a 1/2 a mile from one of the many boat ramps on the lake. There are several restaurants around the area and a golf course on the west side of the lake. The Lake is centrally located between Brookings, Watertown, Arlington, Estelline, and Lake Norden for all of your employment or shopping needs. There is a small yard on the backside of the duplex for children or pets to run and stretch their legs. This unit also comes fully furnished (one bedroom is short a bed), but we can remove whatever the tenant would like to replace with their own furnishings. There are also in unit laundry facilities and your very own deck to enjoy the outdoors. The current tenants of this rental plan on relocating to pursue a job opportunity. They will be moving during the month of November. This rental will be available Dec. 1st, 2025. Owner would expect tenant to sign a yearly lease. Utilities are included in rent.
