It's got great views and is only ~10 min from Evergreen Lake. Its ~10 min from Red Rocks, ~20 min from Golden, ~25 min from Lakewood, and ~35/40 min from Denver. Nice thing is you're usually driving the opposite way of traffic.
I would recommend having having 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive. We've never had any issues getting up/down the hill during the winter with our 4 wheel drive vehicles.
Were asking $2600, which would include rent, water and snow plowing during the winter.
