Up to 2 pets are permitted for an additional $100/mo. rent and deposit PER pet (no pit bulls, dobermans, german shepherds, mastiff or any other dog breed banned by our insurance). 3.) Security deposit shall equal one month's rent. 4.) Good-to-Excellent credit is required. Credit check fee is Applicant's responsibility. Credit check fee is non-refundable. 5.) NO UNLAWFUL DETAINERS. 6.) No SMOKERS ARE ACCEPTED. Smoking is illegal in the city of Carlsbad. 7.) Tenant(s) is/are responsible for a $150.00 Move-In Fee 8.)
