Property
The unit was well maintained. The building is clean and quiet (visited mid-morning). The kitchen is updated, has limited counter space and no eat -in space. The living room is living/dining and small. Bedrooms are decent sized (king in master) and good closets throughout - bedrooms share a wall. Bathroom is small but functional. Overall the unit is great - a small unit very conveniently located in a great neighborhood. If you're looking to be in the heart of Logan Square and are okay with a small space, you'll be happy with this unit.
