A crate is required if left alone indoors and a leash is required when outside. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, with late check-out potentially resulting in additional fees. Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open, so do not attempt to force them. Do not move furniture and return everything to its original position before check-out. A security camera is located outside by the entrance for safety purposes and does not record anything inside the home. We follow a rigorous cleaning and disinfection process after every stay to ensure a spotless, safe environment.
