Violating the no events rule, including unauthorized parties or large gatherings, will result in a $2,500 fine, immediate cancellation of your reservation, and eviction with no refund. Exterior lights must be turned off at night to preserve the dark sky environment. A maximum of three licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway, and no parking is permitted on the street or in unauthorized areas. Recreational vehicles like snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the home, on the decks, patios, and in the hot tub. Fireworks are not allowed on the property or anywhere in the subdivision. Keep all main entry doors locked when the home is unoccupied. A $500 fine per infraction applies for any rule violations, with immediate eviction for serious violations.
