We are renting our 1560 sq. 3bd. pad to someone who we hope will love it as much as we have. It will be available November 1. Tenants are there currently. The smaller second upstairs bedroom would be great for a child, a roommate, or for a home office. Our two little dogs loved our little backyard and it's great for barbecuing and chilling in warmer months. You can even see the flatirons! The home also has its own private parking and a detached one-car garage to store all your gear in. Another reason we loved living here is that it's a two minute walk to to Safeway, Mojo Taqueria, Tangerine, Red Rock Coffee and bike to many gyms. If you are a climber, we will include the stylish wood hangboard currently hanging from the wood beam in the living room. Before you move, the space will be cleaned. You will also be able to feel the love we built there and my wife and I I will be there to help out with the transition into your new home. We want you to be happy and successful here.
