The Dock House combines the thrill of a boating adventure with the comfort of a well-appointed home. It features a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen with all needed essentials, comfortable bedrooms, a private outdoor pool, a balcony with outdoor furniture, and internet access. Parking is available for up to six cars and a boat trailer. Pets are allowed, with a limit of two dogs weighing up to 50lb each, and a pet fee of $150 per pet. Explore local attractions such as Dolphin Cruises and Boat Tours, The Wharf at Orange Beach with its lively entertainment district, and the Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, while Bamahenge and Dinosaur Park offer quirky roadside stops perfect for photo ops. Boat slips and lifts are not for guest use, but guests can pull up to the side and tie up. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Beach towels are not provided. Pets are allowed with a fee of $150 per pet. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
