The main level features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and private full bathroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a full bathroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The upper level includes a loft with two single beds, accessible by a steep ladder. The lower level offers two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a shared full bathroom. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, a French press, and a drip coffee pot.
The property features a hot tub, garage, propane grill (not available in winter months), fireplace (please bring your own wood), and some outdoor seating. Guests are welcome to bring additional chairs. There are two garage bays available for guests as well as an oversized carport. No trailers are allowed on the property, but nearby parking lots are available for trailers.
Located near a vast wildlife preserve, this home is about a 2-hour drive to Yellowstone South Entrance and about an hour to Jackson and the Grand Teton National Park Entrance. The nearest grocery store, Broulim's Alpine, is a quick 10-minute drive. For fishing enthusiasts, the Snake, Salt, and Grey's Rivers, as well as the Palisades Reservoir, are nearby. The home is also close to hundreds of miles of snowmobiling and ATV trails.
The property does not have air conditioning, but guests can utilize the blinds, ceiling and floor fans, and crisp evening mountain air to help keep the home cool. No pets or events are allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 9 per local ordinances. Self check-in is available using a code provided after your scheduled arrival time. In snowy conditions, a 4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are recommended. The property does not allow trailers, sleeping bags, air mattresses, or camping in RVs or tents. No satellite or dish service is available. A Pack-n-Play is available, but guests should bring their own linens.
