    Great location, but that's about it. Build hallways had carpet, and not the low pile kind... but of a cleanliness nightmare there. ALL the windows desperately needed replacing with visible window light underneath each one. And the kicker is in the main living space, one of the windows had blown in - leaving the entire property open to the elements. The newly remodeled kitchen was nice, but the only living/kitchen space felt super efficiency. Definitely not worth 2000 asking rental price. Even in Portland's over-priced market.
