The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, silverware, basic condiments, and a Keurig coffee and tea maker. The living room features a pullout couch with a full mattress, and there is an onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet per night. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Cellphone signal can be spotty, so you might want to enable Wi-Fi calling and texting if your carrier allows. This pet-friendly home kindly requests that pets refrain from using furniture and linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Pets should not be left unattended, and guests are asked to bring poop bags and pick up after their pets. The property strictly prohibits parties and events, enforces quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, and does not allow smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. There is a $500 fine per violation.
