If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 PM for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 PM for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 AM for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 PM for $50. The location could not be more perfect! There are many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. It's less than a minute walk to the Short North District, an 8-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium. Downtown Columbus area and Kroger Food Market are less than 1 mile away, and Ohio State University campus is also less than 1 mile away. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. A dedicated workspace is available.
