The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooked meals, including: -full size refrigerator/freezer, oven, range and microwave -crock pot -griddle -toaster -rice maker -blender -2 coffee makers with enough coffee provided to get you started (programmable classic pot downstairs, and a Keurig upstairs) -pots, pans, utensils, oil, spices, baking staples and more! Smart TVs are streaming ready, both in the living room and primary bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have Queen beds and full closets, hangers included. Need to run a load of laundry while you're here? Brand new washer and dryer in the unit! We're even ready for your littles, with a pack'n play, stair gates, serving ware, Bumbo seat with tray attachment, and other basic baby necessities on hand. Electric vehicles are accommodated with a 220-volt EV charger and charging cable in the 2-car garage. The security camera in the garage monitors the garage door entrance. We're vetted, approved and licensed through the City of Berthoud; Short Term Rental Business License number: 24BER-STR001 Guest access The whole house is yours! Easy entrance through the garage, with a unique code provided with check-in details. Other things to note: Attached 2-car garage makes covered, protected parking always available, including a level-2 EV charging outlet and charging cable. We have a security camera in the garage, facing the street. Non-smoking unit, strictly enforced. Pets are negotiable; but typically we keep it animal-free for short term stays. Entire, furnished Townhome is available for 1-12 month lease starting January 2026! Due at lease signing: -Refundable $750 Damage Deposit due at signing -First month's rent. -Non-refundable $225 Administrative/Cleaning Fee -Owner pays all utilities: Trash & Recycling, Internet, Basic Cable, Water, Gas and Electricity. -Non-smoking unit entirely; including vaping or E-cigarettes. -Pets are negotiable if discussed up front.
