All other utilities are to be placed into the tenant's name. -Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. -Required $20 monthly Resident Package (see below for more details). -One-time $100 move-in fee (see below for more details). -Please note you must obtain Renters Insurance that includes Liability to Landlord Insurance with a minimum of $100K coverage for your new address. *Applicant Qualifications: -Verifiable monthly income of at least 3X the rent. Unverifiable income will not be considered. -A credit score of 650+ is preferred, but we might consider credit scores of 600+.
