Dining area has super unique ceilings, cool built in cabinets, and a bow window- each unit has its own unique fireplace ( gas never been used and not warranted) Bathrooms have original subway tile on floor and some have new vanities. Tenants pay own water, gas and electric, each tenant has their own hall light and basement light so there is no house meter. Owner only pays sewer/trash. All 4 furnaces are newer and 3 hot water tanks are newer. Most plumbing is copper. Also has coin op washer ( dryer is free). Each tenant has a storage unit in basement.
