The apartment has blackout curtains, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet.. Owner pays for water, trash collection, and keeping the driveway and parking area clear. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Last month's rent and damage deposit are due at signing. No smoking allowed. Pets are a possibility. One year or 8 month leases are available.
