There is a 100sf locked shed for storage out back, the shed is shared between both units. The unit has street parking and one parking space on the alleyway. It is in a great walkable neighborhood near DU and downtown Englewood. The surrounding area has lots of locally owned restaurants and parks. 12 month leases are preferred, nothing shorter than 12 months will be considered. This is a 2 unit house, tenants are asked to respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. No smoking is allowed in the apartment of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, etc.). Dogs are not allowed. Cats are allowed but a pet deposit of $500 will be required. One parking space is available behind the house on the alley, and street parking is available. Internet is not included with the unit. Electricity, natural gas, water/sewer, and trash service will be charged to the tenant with their rent statement monthly. The lawn and garden are irrigated but mowing and lawn maintenance not related to the sprinklers are the responsibility of the tenants, including mowing and weeding.
