Colby Lake Place's 4-bedroom family home is located on the shore of Colby Lake in Woodbury, 5 miles east of Saint Paul, Minnesota, in an upscale Suburb. The four-bedroom, Two-bath home has a private yard on Colby Lake. The walking/bike trail around the lake is just out the back door.
Within a 15-mile radius, you will find the Mall of America, Saint Croix River Valley, Minnesota Twins baseball, Minnesota Vikings football, Minnesota Wild hockey, ten golf courses, three regional parks, Afton State Park, Afton Downhill Ski Park, 15 lakes, Ordway Theater, and countless shops and restaurants.
The following Minnesota cities are within a 10-mile radius: Minneapolis, Stillwater, Oakdale, Maplewood, North Saint Paul, Eden Prairie, South Saint Paul, Eagan, Burnsville, Hastings, Cottage Grove, Woodbury, Roseville, and White Bear Lake. Hudson, Wisconsin, is only ten miles east.
Guest Private Use and Access: Guests have exclusive private use of the 1st floor of the home (4 bedrooms, two baths, and the backyard and deck overlooking Colby Lake). Our focus is on your privacy while renting Colby Lake Place.
Separate Private Suite: The home's lower level (basement) includes a separate private Suite and attached garage. There is no cross-traffic or shared living spaces; individual entries ensure your complete privacy. Guests are not permitted to access or use the lower-level Suite, patio, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and use the separate private suite at any time. We prioritize our Guests' privacy.

If requested, Guests and occupants must present valid government IDs. The Responsible Party assumes liability for the actions of all occupants and their guests. The Responsible Party must ensure children are always supervised. The guest agrees to comply with all homeowner rules and regulations regarding the use of the property and common areas.
*Absolutely no parties, events, or excessive drinking allowed. We do not rent to any group that intends to use the Vacation Home for "excessive drinking" or as a "party" getaway.
*Occupancy Limits: Exceeding the occupancy limits is not allowed.
*Quiet Time & Noise Levels: The Vacation Home is in a residential neighborhood. Noise that disturbs the peace & quiet of neighbors is not allowed.
*Additional Terms To The Agreement: In addition to the standard terms included herein, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that additional terms and conditions apply to the Guest's rental of the Property: A Rental License Agreement (4+ pages) will be sent by email to the Guest for a DocuSign electronic signature to be returned along with a copy of a valid ID, such as a driver's license, to complete the reservation before the reservation check-in date, including Instant Bookings".
