Kitchen has full size appliances and home has plenty of storage. Currently two other roommates, each with own room and bath. One works from home and both are usually home in the evening. Only things we ask are clean up after yourself, pay your bills on time, and be courteous of everyone. Room is on main floor with semi-private bath. Access is in the hall but does not have to be shared. Bedroom is large and could hold a king size bed, but queen will fit better. Room is carpeted. Large closet with plenty of shelving and good storage areas throughout the home. Parking available directly in front and if garage space is available, an additional $50 per month. One small dog would be acceptable but has to get along with other animals. Additional $50 per month. Roommates have one dog and one cat. Both very sweet welcoming animals. A pet deposit of $500 is also required. Community is nice and quiet. Located close to DTC off of Parker and Havana close to Cherry Creek Reservoir. Inclusions: Laundry (washer & dryer) in unit, full kitchen access (dishwasher, electric-stove, refrigerator, microwave), Central AC & Heat. Utilities Included: Water, trash, snow removal, and lawn maintenance. Access to community pool (in season) and tennis courts. Resident responsible: Electricity and internet/wifi First month's rent of $1200 (pro-rated if applicable) and security deposit of $1200 due upon move in. Available starting August 1, 2025. No smoking allowed inside. Small dog allowed if approved, $500 refundable Deposit and $35 per month pet rent. Full Security Deposit Due at move in equal to first month's rent.
