The unit is located on a second floor unot now rent for $1600 without garage over its own spacious one car garage/ garage now busy / and with its own stairs that lead from the garage door to the unit's entrance. Kitchen windows, the stairs and balcony are overlooking spacious inner yard that is reminiscent with the English garden. Master bedroom windows view one of the community pools. Beside the two swimming pools among other amenities, the community also has a tennis court. Among appliances the kitchen has a new refrigerator, range, waste disposal and others. The unit also has a hook up for laundry appliances and a walk-in closet. A process typically does not start until after a prospective tenant has TOURED the unit and submitted an Application for residency with me, the owner.
