    What's special

    Two very large closets
Large one bedroom apartment near the Lancaster train station. The apartment in in the north part of the city - about a block from the front of the train station. This makes it great for those who need to commute for work, but still want to be able to walk downtown. It is a few blocks from the hospital, the stadium, and maybe a 15-20 minute walk downtown depending where you are going. The apartment is a large flexible one bedroom apartment - meaning it is easy to make the front or back room the bedroom depending on your preference and still not have to have people go through your bedroom to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is plenty large for a table and also has a stackable washer dryer that stays with the apartment. The bathroom is a good size and has a full tub (the picture here is a bit older, we did replace the surround). The apartment also has two very large closets, so there is plenty of storage. The apartment comes with one parking space and a second can be rented if they are available. Tenants are responsible for the electric bill and we cover the water and trash bills. The building also has all new windows, so they are all in great shape and much more efficient than the old ones. Pets are permitted, but we do have the usual insurance breed restrictions - you can find more details on the pre-app. The apartment comes with one parking space and a second can be rented if they are available.
