A secluded spot with plenty of parking. Also includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. No yard maintenance. We take care of everything. All you need is your clothes. All utilities are included in this lease. This is a non-smoking apartment. Your contract will be terminated if failure to comply. Also, no pets allowed. Contract will be terminated if pets found on property. Please be sure to make me aware of any maintenance issues immediately. I reserve the right to check in from time to time to make sure things stay in working order.
