* No pet shall be more than 25 pounds in an apartment/duplex/triplex/fourplex or more than 60 pounds in a single family detached home.
* No more than 2 pets.
* There shall be no pet breed that is not allowed by the owner's insurance company such as, but not limited to, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Doberman Pincher or other breeds disallowed by the owner's insurance company.

* Application Fee: Non-Refundable $60/adult (all occupants 18+ need to submit an application)
* Application Processing: First Come First Served once ALL parties in applicant group have sumbitted ALL required information. Typically 2-3 business days processing time once all information received.
* Lease Length: 1 year
* Renter's Insurance: Tenants must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $300K liability
Rental Criteria Summary :
* We look for favorable credit history, sufficient income, good references, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of applying.
* If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus security deposit to move in
