The apartment features: - 1 bedroom, 2 spacious walk-in closets, a 4-drawer dresser, a 2-door TV stand console with a flat-screen TV, a Sony PlayStation for games and movie streaming, a remote-controlled Roku Streaming Player for streaming movies and sports (with Netflix Instant Watch and other streaming services available), and a coffee-table. The bedroom has a door opening to the roof with a gorgeous view of the city, especially during the sunset hours. - 1 living room with 1 large walk-in closet, a 3-drawer dresser, and 1 shelf organizer. The living room is very sunny thanks to the wall of windows opening to the splendid view of the city. - 1 kitchen with a refrigerator, brand-new gas stove, microwave, air-fryer toaster-oven, rice-cooker, and blender. The sunny and perfectly circular kitchen is inside a Victorian-style tower with two round-shaped low windows viewing the street. - 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
