There were several repairs needed in the building and in the apartment, and updating needed (such as the hallway carpeting, which the landlord had said was going to be replaced). Also, the smell of smoke (cigarette and pot) was strong. I will need to search for a smoke-free residence.

The landlord (Cindy) was great! Very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions.
