Management
Manager was on time for tour. He was personable, easy to talk to. I felt comfortable asking questions although I didn't ask many. Pointed out different aspects of apartment. That was appreciated.

Property
Stair well looked and smelled good. A lot of apartments and homes have a questionable odor. Apartment seemed to be fairly clean with a nice smell. New appliances. Back balcony was a plus. I gave four stars because the front entrance door to building didn't match rest of building. Made the entire building look like someone just threw up any door they could find. Apartment is on the 3rd floor which was a negative point on my part. Otherwise, the apartment seemed to have been well kept.
