Utilities - Water, Electric, Internet and/or cable are paid for by the tenant on a monthly basis. Cost is based on how the services are used. Average for Electric is 350.00 monthly - if used 24/7 (all day ) the cost can run up depending on usage. Housekeeping (optional) can be requested and paid for by the tenant. Pets are subject to Owners approval. No smoking is preferable. Tenant is required a Rental Bond or 2 months refundable security deposit (rental lease agreement will describe the same) and is subject to the owners approval. Liability insurance is required. Miscellaneous or incidental repairs are paid for by the tenant up to the amount stiupulated on the lease agreement. Owner pays for all structural repairs.
